The Eternal Covenant Between the United States and Israel
By Ronen Kolton Yehuda (Messiah King RKY)
Introduction: Two Nations Under God
The United States of America was founded on a declaration of faith: “In God We Trust.”
This phrase, printed on every dollar bill and engraved in the heart of the nation, is not merely a slogan — it is a covenantal statement of trust between a people and their Creator.
Israel, the reborn nation of the ancient people of God, also lives by that same truth.
The Jewish people are the first nation in history to dedicate their identity, law, and destiny to the service of the Divine. Our national story — from Abraham to David, from exile to return — is the living narrative of faith in action.
Thus, the two nations — the United States and Israel — share not only strategic partnership and democratic values, but a sacred foundation: faith in God as the source of truth, justice, and freedom.
In God We Trust — In God We Believe
When Americans say “In God We Trust,” they declare the moral compass of their Republic.
When Israelis live by the words “Shema Yisrael, the Lord our God, the Lord is One,” they affirm the eternal covenant of the people of Israel with the God of their fathers.
Both nations are united not by coincidence but by divine design.
The American dream and the Israelite promise both emerge from belief — that human freedom and divine purpose walk hand in hand.
The Hebrew spirit of Israel is not a relic of ancient faith but the living continuation of the story of God among men.
The American spirit of liberty finds its moral origin in the same biblical roots that inspired the Founding Fathers to recognize the Creator as the giver of unalienable rights.
The Covenant of Light
Israel’s divine mission has always been to be “a light unto the nations.”
The United States, in its own way, has carried that torch across modern history — defending liberty, aiding the oppressed, and striving to spread democracy and human dignity around the world.
Together, these two lights shine brighter than any darkness.
Their alliance is not only political or military — it is spiritual and prophetic.
It is the partnership of two peoples who believe that justice and faith can walk the earth together.
As King David wrote: “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.”
And as America declares: “In God We Trust.”
Toward an Eternal Covenant
Let this bond between Israel and the United States become more than an alliance — let it become an Eternal Covenant.
A covenant that transcends governments, parties, and generations.
A covenant rooted in faith, freedom, and friendship under the eyes of God.
Let it be said for all time:
Whatever changes in the world, the alliance between Israel and the United States shall endure.
Not because of politics, but because of purpose.
Not because of strategy, but because of faith.
This covenant shall stand as long as both nations live by their founding truth:
In God We Trust — In God We Believe.
