⚖️ Public Legal Statement

This statement is issued in good faith and based on a suspicion and personal perception, not on proven facts. I cannot verify what I describe below, and I fully acknowledge that I may be mistaken. My intention is to act only through legitimate, lawful channels. If I am mistaken, I apologize in advance to anyone who may feel harmed by my words, as no personal accusation is intended.

I declare that for years my innovations, art, and projects have been ignored and excluded, despite my public and professional activity and contributions.

In my view, this ongoing pattern of exclusion by institutions, authorities, and other bodies is not merely accidental, and may raise concerns of unfair exclusion or discriminatory treatment.

I have the right to take part in politics, business, art, culture, education, and public life. Denying or obstructing my participation harms my dignity, freedoms, and equal rights.

International legal lens: dignity, privacy, equality, and good faith
Across many democratic legal systems—including the United States and European jurisdictions—core principles commonly include human dignity, equality / non-discrimination, privacy and consent, and fair process. In addition, many systems recognize a contract-related principle often described as good faith and fair dealing: people and institutions should not act through hidden manipulation or unfair practices that deny a person meaningful choice, informed consent, or the ability to participate normally in professional and social life. In simple terms, I refer to this as an “innocent heart” principle: interactions—especially those involving cooperation, employment, contracts, or public participation—should be conducted honestly and transparently enough that a person can understand what is happening and respond in a normal, lawful way. If my concerns described below were true (and I acknowledge I may be mistaken), they could raise serious issues under these principles, including unlawful intrusion into privacy, non-consensual public exposure, unequal treatment, reputational harm, harassment, or other misuse of power.

I also wish to clarify, in good faith, that at times I experience a personal perception that I may be widely recognized, and that my life has, in certain ways, become publicly exposed or closely observed over many years, possibly on an ongoing basis. I cannot prove this, and I fully acknowledge that I may be mistaken. I am not presenting this as a verified fact, and I am not making a specific accusation against any named person, institution, or authority.

More specifically, I sometimes suspect that I have been subjected to surveillance and/or public exposure without my consent—including a belief that people may have watched or followed my life through media (including television) from childhood and throughout my life—and that this may have influenced how I have been treated, including experiences I perceive as boycott, exclusion, or discrimination. I cannot prove this, and I may be wrong.

If there is any truth to this concern, I seek to address it only through legitimate, lawful channels and respectful communication, and I request any appropriate clarification, review, or lawful process that may be available. If there is no factual basis for this concern, I do not wish to be a burden to society, and I will accept that and move forward accordingly.

In any case—whether my concern is accurate or not—I reserve my full legal rights to protect my dignity, freedoms, and equal participation in public and professional life, through lawful means, including courts and relevant national or international bodies. This reservation of rights includes any legal processes that may be relevant if unlawful surveillance, non-consensual public exposure, or related misconduct has occurred. This statement is issued to protect my rights and to make clear that I will not remain silent.
