Accordingly, if the use of Office+ or related terminology could create legal risk, confusion, trademark issues, or unnecessary overlap with Microsoft Office or any other existing brand, I would definitely not move forward with that name or direction.
No software suite, product, commercial service, or branded market offering was developed, launched, produced, or marketed on the basis of this concept. It remained a conceptual publication only, published on my blogs as part of an exploratory project-development process.
Any future real-world research, development, branding, production, or launch would require prior review of legal, branding, regulatory, and business considerations, and any problematic element would be changed, replaced, or abandoned. This text should therefore be read only as an early conceptual publication and not as a final commercial name, final product identity, or final implementation plan.
